Lessons from Joseph The unpredictable path to your destiny

By: Tony Evans

Where: Community Center – Upstairs Room CC200 (by stairway)

$15.00 per book

The biblical account of Joseph clearly demonstrates that God is at work even when life seems to be going wrong. It depicts a young man who endured betrayal, abandonment, injustice, and confusion before understanding God’s sovereign plan to redirect him from the pit to the palace. Even today, it’s easy to wonder why God would allow calamity to happen or if He’s in control at all. Whether through uncontrollable circumstances or the pain of personal relationships, everyone has experienced unforeseen changes in life. This study helps believers navigate detours that may take you through trials, injustice, and even betrayal. You will be comforted and encouraged when you learn to rest in God’s redemptive plan and the hope found in God’s sovereign will.

Where Do We Go from Here? Strategic Living for Stressful Times

Jesus Will Show You the Way Forward

By: Dr. David Jeremiah

Where: Community Center – Upstairs Room CC202B (Right off elevator)

$15.00 per book

Today’s headlines shout of modern plagues, social tensions, economic crises, and rampant depression. Many are asking, “What day is it on God’s prophetic calendar?” Trusted Bible teacher and pastor Dr. David Jeremiah answers this question by opening up the Word of God to reveal what it has to say about the days in which we are living and offer hope to believers.

In this ten-lesson accompanying study guide, Dr. Jeremiah deals with ten prophetic issues as current as the morning news. You will thread your way through problems that Jesus predicted—precursors of the Tribulation—and learn what steps you should take to navigate them. Even as the world collapses, you can be sure that the Lord is building His Church! You can say something, do something, pray something, preach something, and live by the convictions of Christ.

This is no time to be discouraged. Your risen and exalted Lord Jesus Christ—your enthroned Savior—knows the way forward. He will show you where to go from here.

6:30pm-8:00pm Wednesdays starting 01/05/2022 with Pastor Jim Norman (10 weeks)

Matthew 1-13 Women’s Bible Study

Establishing the Kingdom of God on Earth.

Where: Community Center – Upstairs Room CC208 (Straight to end of Hallway)

In this study designed for Women is to help you grow in Bible literacy. In doing so, it has two goals: First, it seeks to teach you a book of the Bible in a way that will enable you to retain what you learn. Second, it seeks to train you to ask better questions of any biblical text on your own. Many of us come to our study of the Bible eager to pull from it wisdom that will help us to live differently. And we should. But before we can move from awareness of what we don’t know of the text to awareness of what we should do in response to the text, we must move through the learning process. This study is designed to help you learn and employ that process.
