NorthRidge Church Media Disclosure Policy

At NorthRidge Church, we value community and the opportunity to share how God is working through our people, services, and events. As part of our efforts to communicate, celebrate, and promote our ministry, photography and videography are often used during church services, on-campus activities, and off-site events hosted or sponsored by NorthRidge Church.

By attending a NorthRidge Church service, event, or visiting our campus, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photography and Video Usage

Consent to Use of Likeness
By entering the premises and/or participating in NorthRidge Church events, you grant NorthRidge Church the irrevocable right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, and publish photographs and/or video recordings that may include your image, likeness, or voice without compensation or further notice.

Purpose of Use
These images and recordings may be used for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to:

• Church website and social media platforms
• Printed promotional materials
• Slideshows and recap videos
• Live-streaming of services or events
• Internal documentation or archival purposes



Minors
NorthRidge Church takes the privacy and safety of children seriously. We make every effort to ensure that photos or videos of minors are used in a respectful and appropriate manner. Students in nursery through 5^th grade will not have their faces shown in photos. If you are a parent or legal guardian and do not wish for your child to appear in any church-related media, please notify us in writing at myorker@northridgehc.com or speak with a ministry leader.

Opt-Out Option
If you prefer not to be included in any photography or videography, please inform a church staff member or event leader upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, please understand that large group or crowd shots may make it difficult to ensure complete exclusion.

Third-Party Media
Occasionally, media outlets or guest photographers may be present at church events. NorthRidge Church is not responsible for media captured or used by outside individuals or organizations.
