Thank you for your interest in serving in the ministry of NorthRidge Church and Christian Preschool.

Below is a listing of open positions that we are currently accepting applications for. All interested applicants are required to submit any appropriate documentation deemed necessary to show interest in and qualifications for the position to which they are applying. Please make sure to follow the instructions for submitting your application as listed with each position.

Positions are considered “Open Until Filled,” unless otherwise denoted. Corresponding grade ranges that are included represent earning potential and shall not be an assumption of potential starting wage. If a conditional offer of employment is made, please note that all information submitted during the application process will be verified. All candidates must pass an extensive pre-employment process. Please note that applications are kept on file in our Personnel Office for a maximum of 90 days.

Hiring Procedures

When there is a need to call additional ministerial staff (Senior Pastor excluded:  in this event a special search committee with be organized), the Senior Pastor will work with the personnel office to secure such a candidate.  All staff will complete an application, interview, and orientation process prior to beginning.  Only after completion of hiring process may the employee start work and be eligible to receive a paycheck.

Background Checks

It is the policy of NorthRidge Church and NorthRidge Ministries to provide the highest level of service and care to anyone we may interact with, whatever our jobs may be.  Therefore, local and Level 1 federal background checks are performed for anyone obtaining a position with our ministry.  All positions also require fingerprint screens.  No person will begin employment prior to the receipt of all reports mentioned above.  NorthRidge Church and NorthRidge Ministries also reserve the right to process background checks on other positions, and at other times during employment as needed. Anyone convicted of a felony or charged and/or convicted of any offense listed on an Affidavit of Good Moral Character will immediately be dismissed from employment.
NorthRidge Christian Preschool is an integrated auxiliary ministry in and through NorthRidge Church. As such, it will reflect the faith and practice of NorthRidge Church as it relates to its Doctrine, Faith, and Practice.
